West Highland resident Kris Miller founded KLM Construction after moving from Melbourne, Australia to Colorado in 2012. What began as a small residential operation in the Highlands has grown into one of Denver’s most trusted neighborhood builders.

In 2016, Kris partnered with Pat Flanagan and Mike Cachat to expand the KLM name. With deep experience and shared values, the trio expanded the company’s capabilities and footprint across Denver. Since then, KLM has delivered a wide range of successful projects, including custom home builds, home additions, remodels, renovations, exterior remodels, and structural repairs, earning a reputation for quality, integrity, and solutions-focused execution.
