"[...] Mike Cachat and his crew recently completed a significant remodel of our clinic and pharmacy spaces. Not only are we very pleased with the quality of the results, the process was much smoother than we anticipated. Construction occurred over approximately 16 weeks, and our clinic and pharmacy were open for business the entire time. The site supervisor, Christian S. was on-site every day, and would check in with myself and other staff throughout the day to ensure that work was not interfering with patient flow. He also took extra care to continuously keep the patient areas tidy and saw to it that patient safety was a top priority. I particularly appreciated that KLM understood the unique needs of working in clinical and retail pharmacy spaces, and the requirements and safeguards that these sites require. Finally, and most importantly, Mike and other KLM staff went above and beyond with their customer service efforts. Before construction commenced, we were provided a written schedule detailing construction activities and timeline. Mike was excellent about communicating any changes to this schedule with as much advance notice as possible. KLM was also quick to rectify any issues and were completely accommodating of the numerous changes we requested during the process. We had text and phone access to Mike and Christian throughout the project. All of this, combined, made this process as painless as possible. Rocky Mountain CARES will definitely use KLM for future work in our Denver operations.”
